Pretty Pea Pesto

After going a wee bit blender crazy we concocted this surprisingly delicious pea pesto with cashews.
Blend together:
2 Handfuls of raw cashews
1 Handful of fresh parsley
1 Handful of frozen peas
Half a garlic clove
The juice of half a lemon
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
