This is full of good healthy fats and when combined with a high protein yoghurt will give you a delicious and satisfying breakfast.
Ingredients
4 C Puffed Brown Rice
4 C Puffed Quinoa
1/2 C Sesame Seeds
2 C Almond Flakes
2 C Walnut Pieces
1 C LSA
4 Tbsp Cashew Butter OR Peanut Butter
4 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
8 pieces of 70% Dark Chocolate
1 C Shredded Coconut
4 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c
Put all ingredients in a baking dish and mix it around really well.
Bake for 30mins. After 15mins give it a good stir to spread the melted coconut oil and nut butter evenly.
Let it cool and enjoy with fresh fruit or warm berries and your favourite yoghurt.
