This is our green smoothie for beginners. It has a good handful of spinach but has a delicious tropical taste to balance out the green. Smoothies are a great way to pack more nutrient rich vegetables into your diet.
1 big handful of baby spinach leaves
1 handful of pineapple
1/2 banana
2Tbl plain unsweetened yoghurt (I used The Collectives culinary yoghurt)
Blend together with water and ice to reach your desired consistency.
