This nutritious version of banana bread is a winner with our 21 month old daughter. This recipe contains half the sugar normally found in a banana bread recipe and contains the goodness of oats, carrots and greek yoghurt. Give it a go and let me know if it was a success with your kids too!

Ingredients:
1 cup standard flour
1 cup quick oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 large banana mashed
1 large carrot grated
2 eggs
150g plain unsweetened full fat/Greek yoghurt
Method:
Combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Add the vanilla, mashed banana, grated carrot, eggs and yoghurt and mix until just combined.
Pour into a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 - 45mins until golden.
Allow to cool in the tin before removing.
