Nori & Radish Salad with Ponzo dressing

Ingredients

Nori strips (seaweed)

6 Radish sliced

1/2 Red capsicum diced

Salad leaves

1 Avocado diced

1/2 cup tamari toasted sunflower seeds

1T Sesame seeds


Dressing:

1T sesame oil

Juice and zest of 1/2 orange

1 tsp honey

1 tsp mustard


Method

Toast your sunflower seeds in a frypan until they start to change colour then add 2 tsp tamari sauce or you can use soy sauce instead.


Combine all the salad ingredients on a platter, sprinkle the seeds on top and pour over the dressing just before serving.


Delicious served with tuna steak or Sashimi.
